Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China 
Salimat, as an important food industry exhibition in Galicia, Spain, is one of the main food and gastronomy events in Southern Europe. The 28th exhibition in 2025 will be held at the Galicia International Convention and Exhibition Center in Sileda from June 5 to 8, hosted by Abanca. The exhibition area is over 10,000 square meters, covering multiple theme exhibition areas such as ecological food, prepared food, jam, meat, dairy products, wine, etc. The exhibition not only displays various types of food and technology, but also has activities such as celebrity chef tasting and cooking demonstrations, and provides B2B docking opportunities for exhibitors and global buyers through the Hosted Buyers Program.
