From October 6 to 9, 2026, Alimentaria FoodTech will be held in Barcelona, Spain, the leading trade fair for the global food and beverage processing and preservation industry. The exhibition is dedicated to showcasing all aspects of the food and beverage processing chain, including machinery, technology, equipment, raw materials, spices, additives and ingredients, covering food fields such as fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy products, baked goods, candy, beverages, etc. The exhibition focuses on smart food manufacturing, emphasizes sustainable development and digital transformation, and provides advanced solutions for food and beverage manufacturers to enhance their market competitiveness. The exhibition will also host the Food Technology Conference at the same time, inviting industry experts to discuss in depth the main challenges facing the industry and share innovative insights and industry trends. In addition, the exhibition also has a startup area and an investor club, providing startups with the opportunity to meet and negotiate with potential investors, promoting technological innovation and business cooperation in the food industry.
