HIP - Hospitality Innovation Planet 2026 (formerly HOREQ) is the international hotel, restaurant and catering industry exhibition in Madrid, Spain, which will be held from February 16 to 18, 2026 at the IFEMA MADRID Exhibition Center in Madrid. Organized by IFEMA MADRID, the exhibition is the leading platform for HoReCa professionals to exchange and showcase innovations. More than 30 professional summits will be held during the exhibition, covering multiple areas of the industry, including operations, management and digitalization. The wide range of exhibits includes hotel and restaurant equipment, laundry and dry cleaning services, vending machines, commercial equipment, food delivery services, service technology, furniture and interior design, textiles, tableware, as well as leisure and sports infrastructure. The exhibition also has dedicated areas such as Food & Beverage Solutions, Smart Kitchen & Equipment, Digital World, Design & Experience, providing participants with the opportunity to showcase innovations and work together efficiently.
