EXPO BIOMASA is an international biomass energy exhibition organized by the Spanish Bioenergy Association. It will be held at the Feria de Valladolid in Valladolid, Spain from May 6 to 8, 2025. It is held every two years and started in 2006. It has become one of the important reference exhibitions in the bioenergy industry in Southern Europe and Latin America, and one of the top professional exhibitions in this field in the world. The exhibition has classic sections (domestic heating, industrial solutions, solid biofuels, etc.) and emerging sections (biofuels, carbon capture and storage technology, etc.), as well as related fields such as forestry machinery, bioeconomy, biochar and biorefining products. Technical conferences, keynote speeches and international bioenergy conferences will be held at the same time to provide a platform for communication and cooperation for professionals. More than 350 exhibitors and brands from 24 countries and regions will showcase their innovations and new products. It is expected that more than 9,500 professional visitors (mainly from Spain, Portugal and Latin America) will participate. Most of the visitors are manufacturers, dealers, installers, energy companies, public institutions, agricultural and forestry enterprises and other professionals. Bioenergy accounts for 34% of Spain’s renewable energy consumption and the exhibition is important in promoting further development of the industry.
