2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo,Las Vegas : evolving to attendee preferences

From 25 to 26 March, the 39th Bar & Restaurant Expo will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Centre. As the ‘arena’ for food and beverage (F&B) professionals, the Expo has once again chosen to be held in Las Vegas, a city that is not only a centre for gambling, gaming and sports, but also the world's culinary capital.

Since changing its name from Nightclub & Bar Show to Bar & Restaurant Expo in 2022, the show has been dedicated to supporting more segments of the restaurant industry, including restaurateurs, operators, general managers and founders of start-ups. Attendance in 2025 is expected to surpass the 12,378 attendees in 2024, marking the third year of growth since the show's name change.

The number of exhibitors in 2025 is expected to grow by 10 per cent over 2024, when 500 exhibitors showcased their products and services.

The show has added several new speciality areas and events, including.

The Cocktail Clubhouse: a hub for tasting, networking and profit enhancement featuring the latest innovations in beer, wine, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Food & Beverage Innovation Center: a test kitchen with the latest electric equipment that will feature live cooking demonstrations by top chefs.

International F&B Pavilions: showcasing culinary trends from Japan, Italy, Mexico and more.

A number of social events will be held during the show, including a Sunday Industry Night and two Industry Parties, providing a wealth of networking opportunities for attendees.

The evolution of the Bar & Restaurant Expo reflects the changing preferences of attendees. From its origins as a product showcase, the show has evolved into an immersive experience that not only showcases innovations, but also provides actionable insights. For example, the new Non Alc Zone not only showcases nonalcoholic products, but also explores how to capitalise on revenue opportunities in this $30 billion market segment.

BAR & RESTAURANT EXPO 2025 will focus on five key themes: profitability through innovation, global inspiration, sustainability and technology, career development, and networking and collaboration. These themes are designed to help attendees address current challenges while preparing for future success.
