The 2026 Uzbekistan International Food, Ingredients, and Food Technology Exhibition (UZFOOD) will be held from April 1 to 3, 2026, at the Uzbekistan Exhibition Center (Uzexpocentre NEC) in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. As a key event in Uzbekistan's food industry, UZFOOD annually attracts leading food manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors from both domestic and international markets, showcasing the latest products and technologies across multiple sectors including food and beverages, ingredients and additives, food processing, and packaging. The exhibition will also feature a variety of business activities, including retail centers, forums, seminars, and masterclasses.
