2025 Eastern US Destination Business Fair（Destination East）

Destination East 2025 will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center and Graduate by Hilton Providence in Providence, Rhode Island, from September 7 to 9. As the most influential "buyer invitation" conference in the eastern part of North America, the event is open only to top conference planners and incentive travel buyers who have been strictly screened, and they will be provided with round-trip airfare subsidies, accommodation and all-inclusive catering services. The three-day schedule includes: one-on-one meetings with more than 200 resource parties such as hotels, conference centers, DMCs, technology suppliers, etc. from eastern states; special educational speeches by industry leaders; and immersive city experiences and welcome receptions to help buyers efficiently lock in and book conference and incentive travel projects for 2026-2027.details
