ANNUAL WESTMORELAND ARTS & HERITAGE FESTIVAL 2025 is Westmoreland County’s annual arts and heritage festival, taking place July 3-6, 2025, at Twin Lakes Park Westmoreland in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The festival offers visual and live performing arts, traditional and fine crafts, cultural heritage activities, humanities, and exciting international cuisine, with something for everyone. The festival includes an artist’s market, food vendors, the Westmoreland Arts National Show, entertainment and performances, an adult poetry and short story contest, and children’s activities. Twin Lakes Park is a 467-acre nature park with stone-paved walking trails, three fishing platforms, and improved picnic and play areas.details
