SENHABITAT DAKAR 2025 is the fifth Senegal International Real Estate, Housing and Construction Exhibition and Conference held at King Fahd Palace in Dakar, Senegal from May 22 to 24, 2025. It is jointly organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and AME Trade Senegal Sarl, with the theme of "Access to Housing: Rethinking Our Cities". It is an important event in the construction industry in West Africa. The exhibition covers building materials, equipment, housing construction, real estate development and other fields. At the same time, it holds conferences, seminars and other activities, attracting ministers and decision makers of housing and construction in many countries. King Fahd Palace is located in Dakar and is an important local conference and exhibition center with high popularity and complete venue facilities.
