Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China 
From February 22 to 24, 2026, the fifth edition of the Slow Wine Fair will be held at the Bologna Exhibition Center in Italy. Organized by BolognaFiere and Sana based on the philosophy of Slow Food, the fair is the only international fair dedicated to quality, pure and fair wines. During the fair, wineries from Italy and abroad will display thousands of wine labels, while also hosting conferences, masterclasses and other activities, providing a communication platform for winemakers, wine professionals and enthusiasts to explore wine production under the concept of sustainable development and organic farming.
