2026 China International Bakery Exhibition,Shanghai

From May 20 to 23, 2026, the 28th China International Bakery Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai Hongqiao National Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition is co-organized by the China Bakery and Confectionery Industry Association and Beijing Bakery Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. It started in 1997 and is the world's leading and most influential professional baking trade exhibition. The exhibition covers the entire baking industry chain, with rich and diverse exhibits, including baking equipment, utensils and molds, ovens, packaging equipment, raw materials, finished products, etc. There is also a baking trade cloud platform to provide omni-channel marketing and resource docking opportunities. During the exhibition, a number of industry summits, forums, competitions and other activities will be held to provide a platform for sharing innovative thinking for global baking industry leaders, professionals and various baking industry practitioners, promote the development of the baking industry in the fields of research and development, manufacturing and distribution, and promote the comprehensive development of China's baking and confectionery products industry.details
