From June 11 to 13, 2025, the 119th China Stationery Fair (CSF China Stationery Fair) will be held in Shanghai New International Expo Center, Shanghai. As the leading trading platform for stationery, office supplies and cultural products in the Asia-Pacific region, the exhibition is hosted by Gaobaiying Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and supported by China Department Store Association. Since its establishment in 1953, after more than 70 years of development, it has become a globally recognized industry event. This exhibition adopts a layout that combines domestic and foreign trade, e-commerce and new channels, while focusing on ESG sustainable environmental protection and exploring new momentum for the industry. Exhibits include office supplies, student supplies, writing tools, paper products, cultural and creative products, toys and teaching aids. At the same time, the China Cultural Office Supplies Industry Summit Forum, CSID China Cultural Office Supplies Innovation Design Competition and other activities will be held to provide enterprises and visitors with opportunities for communication and cooperation. The exhibition is expected to attract more than 60,000 visitors.
