From September 25 to 28, 2025, the 42nd Göteborg Book Fair (BOKMÄSSAN) will be held at the Swedish Exhibition Center in Gothenburg, Sweden. As one of the largest and most influential book fairs in the Nordic region, the Göteborg Book Fair attracts more than 100,000 visitors every year, including publishers, authors, scholars, literature lovers and professionals from all over the world. During the fair, a variety of lectures, seminars, book launches, literary readings and author signings will be held, as well as a children's and teenager's area designed to stimulate the younger generation's interest in reading and writing. 2025's edition of the book fair will focus on cutting-edge topics such as publishing innovations in the digital age, the diversity of literary creativity, and the fusion of culture and technology, with a number of renowned authors and industry experts invited to deliver keynote speeches.
