On May 5-6, 2025, the Congress Center Basel in Basel, Switzerland, will host Swiss Biotech Day. One of the world's top biotech conferences for life science professionals, the event has grown by 40 percent annually since 2021, attracting some 2,500 participants from more than 40 countries in 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with more than 2,500 senior experts in the life sciences industry, interact with more than 100 exhibitors from around the world and international delegations. Highlights of the event include showcases of innovative biotech startups and mid-sized biotech companies, keynote company presentations, panel discussions, the Swiss Biotech Success Story Awards, the launch of the Swiss Biotech Report 2025, pre-scheduled one-on-one partnering meetings, and plenary sessions of the Swiss Biotechnology Association. In addition, the Global Village will provide a platform for international delegations to strengthen ties with Swiss biotech centers to facilitate cross-border investments, public-private partnerships, R&D collaborations, and the exchange of best practices.
