Sabor Barranquilla 2025 is the largest culinary festival of Colombia’s Caribbean region, celebrating the rich gastronomic heritage that blends Spanish, African, indigenous, and Arab influences. Organized by the Colombian Red Cross Atlántico Section, Fenalco Atlántico, and Corferias, the event will take place from August 21 to 24, 2025, at Puerta de Oro – Centro de Convenciones del Caribe in Barranquilla. With over 210 exhibitors and 40 guest chefs, the fair showcases traditional dishes like coconut rice, smoked catfish, and Caribbean-style fried foods, while also featuring international culinary demonstrations and workshops. Beyond food, Sabor Barranquilla highlights the cultural identity of the region through live music, dance, and storytelling, honoring the matrons of Pacific and Caribbean cuisine who preserve ancestral recipes.
