AB Tech Expo & AB Tech Pizza Expo 2026 will be held at the Rimini Exhibition Centre in Rimini, Italy from January 16 to 20, 2026. Organized by Applied Bakery, it is the leading baking and pizza technology exhibition in Italy, focusing on displaying innovative technologies, equipment and related products in the field of baking and pizza making, mainly for bakers, pastry chefs, confectioners, pizza chefs and catering professionals. The exhibition covers the entire process of baking and pizza making, from raw material supply to production and processing equipment, including dough making machinery, ovens, automated production lines, etc. During the period, seminars, product demonstrations and competitions will also be held, providing professionals with a full range of communication and cooperation platforms to promote the continuous development and innovation of the baking and pizza industry.
