From January 16 to 20, 2026, SIGEP International Artisan Gelato, Bakery, Confectionery and Bakery Exhibition will be held at the Rimini Expo Centre in Rimini, Italy. This is the most important artisan gelato exhibition in the world and the main display platform for the artisan confectionery and bakery sectors in Europe. The exhibition showcases the latest raw materials, basic products, equipment and machinery for the artisan gelato and bakery industries, and features themed exhibition areas, international competitions, demonstrations, courses and seminars. During the exhibition, many events will be held, such as the Gelato Europe Cup, Gelato Festival World Masters, Bread in the City and World Pizza Champion Games. This is a unique event that attracts professionals from all over the world.
