2025 Potato Days Turkey in Konya is the only specialized potato fair in Turkey and will be held from 19 to 21 August 2025 in Avanos, Nevşehir. The fair covers the entire potato production cycle, from soil preparation to the final product, including seed, fertilizers, crop protection, agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, harvesting equipment and storage solutions. Featuring industry decision makers, contract agribusinesses and others from the Middle East, Russia, Turkic Republics and Turkey, the exhibition will provide a platform for exhibitors and visitors to showcase the latest technologies and innovations, make business contacts and exchange knowledge. Visitors will be able to watch live machinery demonstrations, explore test plots, take part in training courses and panel discussions with agricultural experts and academics, gain insights into potato cultivation, disease management, fertilization and sustainable agriculture, as well as explore potato varieties, seeds and growing techniques from Turkey and around the world.
