MOTIVATED @ WORK 2025 is a practical conference and exhibition focusing on motivation and employee development in the workplace, which will take place on 14 May 2025 at Litexpo in Vilnius, Lithuania. The event includes the annual PVPA conference, personal development space discussions and hands-on leadership workshops designed to explore topics related to motivation, development and well-being from both organisational and individual perspectives.
